Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 70 g carrot greens, approx.
- 2 apples, green, soft (e.g. Granny Smith)
- 1 banana(s), approx. 200 g, ripe
- 700 ml orange juice, approx., freshly squeezed
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash the carrot tops, shake dry, and roughly chop. Wash the apples, dry them, quarter them, remove the cores, and roughly dice the apple quarters. Peel the banana and slice it coarsely. Place all the prepared ingredients in a blender, add the orange juice, and blend until smooth.
