Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 Sharon fruit
  • 1 tangerine(s)
  • ½ banana(s)
  • 2 dates, dried, pitted, soft
  • ¼ tsp ginger, peeled, grated
  • 120 ml almond milk (almond drink)
  • some vanilla extract

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the Sharon fruit, remove the stem, and cut the flesh into pieces. Peel the tangerine, cut it into segments, and remove the seeds. Peel the banana and cut it into pieces. Blend the fruit with the ginger and almond milk, then season the smoothie with vanilla extract.
