Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 1 jar morello cherries
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 120 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 80 ml oil
  • 250 ml milk
  • 250 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

First, combine the egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, oil, and milk. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt to the egg mixture. Mix the cocoa powder and 2 tablespoons of milk into half of the batter. Pour the light batter into the molds, top with cherries, and fill with the dark batter. Bake in the oven at 175°C for about 20 minutes.
