Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g flour
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 75 g sugar
  • 75 g margarine
  • 1 egg(s)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 140 ml water, lukewarm

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place the ingredients in a bowl and knead into a smooth dough. If you have a kneading machine, knead for 2 minutes on a slow speed and then for 6 minutes on a fast speed. If the dough is too firm or too soft, you can add a little more water or flour. Then let the dough rest for at least 15 minutes. Now remove the dough from the bowl and knead it thoroughly with your hands again on a floured work surface. Let the dough relax again before rolling it out. Make sure that neither the dough nor the room temperature is too low, otherwise the dough will not rise properly.
