Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 bananas
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 pack of cream
  • 15 g sugar, possibly more
  • some milk, if necessary

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

First, mash the bananas with a fork on a plate and drizzle with lemon juice to prevent them from browning. Then, combine the quark and natural yogurt with the regular sugar and vanilla sugar. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and fold it into the quark and yogurt mixture to create a nice, fluffy consistency. Then, add the bananas, mix well, and serve. If the quark is too thick, you can add a splash of milk.
