Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 1 baking powder
  • 250 g sugar
  • some lemon peel
  • 150 g margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 jar cherry(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine all ingredients except the cherries and mash to crumbs. Pour half of the crumbs into a greased 26 cm springform pan. Drain one jar of cherries and place them in the springform pan. Then spread the other half of the crumbs over the cherries. Bake the cake at 200°C for about 45 minutes. You can substitute other fruits, such as gooseberries, plums, or pears, for example.
