Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g currants
- ½ lemon(s)
- 250 g kefir
- 1 tsp honey
- e.g. water or milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Squeeze the lemon. Puree the currants with the lemon juice, kefir, and honey. Dilute with water or milk if desired.
