In-'n-out burger sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp butter, unsalted
  • 2 large onions
  • 180 g mayonnaise
  • 130 g ketchup
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 handful of sugar
  • 1 dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cucumber(s), pickled
  • 15 g spring onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Finely chop the onions, pickles, and spring onions. Let the onions caramelize slowly with the butter, salt, and sugar for half an hour. Then combine the remaining ingredients with the caramelized onions.
