Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g flour
  • 250 ml egg liqueur
  • 250 ml oil
  • 250 g powdered sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

First, separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites with approximately 100 g of powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Mix the flour, egg liqueur, cooking oil, egg yolks, the remaining powdered sugar, and baking powder until smooth. Fold in the beaten egg whites. Pour the batter into a greased bundt pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 50-60 minutes.
