Ingredients
- 12 Chicken drumsticks
- 2 El Mustard
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 6 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- Smoked salt
- Colorful pepper from the mill
- 2 Toes Fresh garlic
- 1 tbsp Garden herbs
- 3 tbsp Sunflower seeds
Instructions
- Place the chicken drumsticks in a baking dish.
- Mix mustard, honey, oil, salt and pepper.
- Toast the sunflower seeds in a coated pan and let them cool.
- Chop the garlic, garden herbs and sunflower seeds, mix well with the honey and mustard oil and spread over the chicken legs.
- Fry at 175 ° C on the middle rack for approx. 45-60 minutes until golden brown.
