Chicken Drumsticks with Honey Mustard Crust

  • 12 Chicken drumsticks
  • 2 El Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 6 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • Smoked salt
  • Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 2 Toes Fresh garlic
  • 1 tbsp Garden herbs
  • 3 tbsp Sunflower seeds


  • Place the chicken drumsticks in a baking dish.
  • Mix mustard, honey, oil, salt and pepper.
  • Toast the sunflower seeds in a coated pan and let them cool.
  • Chop the garlic, garden herbs and sunflower seeds, mix well with the honey and mustard oil and spread over the chicken legs.
  • Fry at 175 ° C on the middle rack for approx. 45-60 minutes until golden brown.
