Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 roll
- 2 tbsp margarine
- 1 egg(s)
- breadcrumbs
- some broth, granulated
- Parsley
- nutmeg
- Maggi
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Soak the rolls in water. Squeeze out the excess water and mix with the remaining ingredients, adding seasonings to taste. Add enough breadcrumbs until the mixture is no longer sticky and easy to shape. Form into small dumplings and cook in the soup for about 3 minutes. They’re done when they float to the top.
