Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ½ liter soup, also instant
- 125 g cream cheese (herb gervais)
- 60 ml whipped cream
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp chives, chopped
- 1 slice(s) of bread(s) (brown bread)
- 20 g butter
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with black bread croutons
Combine hot soup with herb gervais and liquid whipped cream. Bring to a boil, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for about 5 minutes. Remove soup from heat and add herbs. For the croutons, cut the bread into small cubes, toast in butter until crispy, and toss with parsley. Serve soup with croutons.
