Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 300 g powdered sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 300 g chocolate, whole milk
  • 250 g almond(s), ground
  • 100 g flour
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 200 g chocolate coating

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cream the butter, sugar, and eggs until fluffy. Melt half of the chocolate, let it cool briefly, and then stir it into the egg mixture. Grate the remaining chocolate and fold it into the batter along with the almonds, flour, and cocoa powder. Spread the batter on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 130°C for about 50 minutes. After baking, let it cool slightly and then cut into rectangles. Cover with chocolate coating. (Of course, you can also cover everything with chocolate coating first and then cut into rectangles.)
