  • 4 eggs, boiled
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp spring onions, finely chopped
  • 300 g cucumber(s)
  • some pepper, freshly ground
  • some salt
  • some curry
  • possibly cayenne pepper

Using leftover Easter eggs

Halve the cucumber, scrape out the seeds with a teaspoon, and dice the eggs. Finely dice the eggs. Blend the cream cheese with the cream until smooth. Mix the sliced ​​spring onions and diced cucumber with the cream cheese. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and curry powder. Finally, fold in the diced eggs. Season again and adjust seasoning to taste. If desired, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
