Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 10 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 gr. can/n condensed milk, 4% (~340ml)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 pack of frozen herbs (8 herbs)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Hard-boil and peel the eggs. Mix the condensed milk with the sour cream and frozen herbs, then slowly whisk in the oil. Chop the eggs and add them to the sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Let it sit in the refrigerator. Serve with boiled potatoes.
