Delicious cucumber salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the cucumber and slice it thinly. Sprinkle the slices generously with salt and let them sit for a while (I usually prepare the cucumber before cooking, and then prepare the salad when the meal is ready). Peel the onion and dice it finely. After the cucumber has sat for a while, place it in a thin cloth and squeeze out the liquid. Add the squeezed cucumber to the diced onion and pour the cup of sour cream over it. Mix everything together. Season to taste before serving, but you usually don’t need to add more salt.
