Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of cake glaze, clear
  • 240 ml water
  • 150 g strawberry jam, flat, without fruit pieces

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

Mix 200 ml of water with the strawberry jam. If the strawberry jam contains pieces of fruit, it must first be blended with the water in a tall container until smooth. Bring the water-jam mixture to a boil. If it was not blended, please ensure that the jam dissolves completely. Mix the cake glaze powder with 40 ml of water until smooth and quickly stir into the boiling mixture, bringing everything to a boil briefly. Continue to use as usual. Tip: This strawberry cake glaze naturally enhances the flavor of fresh strawberries and is perfect for strawberry cakes or tarts. The glaze will not be completely clear, but slightly cloudy.
