Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 m.-large cucumber(s)
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • oil
  • Vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 days 12 hours; Total time approx. 2 days 12 hours 15 minutes

Peel and slice the cucumbers. Place them in a bowl and season with salt. Let them stand for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, peel and finely dice the onions and place them in a bowl. Finely chop the dill and add it as well. Add the sour cream and cream, mix well, and season with oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar. Squeeze the juice from the cucumbers and add them to the salad dressing. Mix everything well and then let it stand in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Season again before serving.
