Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 400 ml pineapple juice, cold
- 2 limes
- 1 orange(s)
- 700 ml water, cold, carbonated or still
- Crushed ice
- e.g. fruits (strawberries, raspberries, cherries, oranges, lemons, peaches, limes, etc.)
- n. B. sugar
- e.g. lemon balm or mint
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
For citrus fruits, use limes and oranges, as in this case. You can also use grapefruit or lemons, if you like. Squeeze the fruit and place it in a large carafe along with the cold pineapple juice and cold water. For visual appeal and, of course, flavor, add fresh fruit, lemon balm, and crushed ice. If you omit the ice and lemon balm, you can also prepare the lemonade ahead of time and let it sit in the refrigerator. This brings out the flavor of the other fruits even better. You can add the crushed ice and lemon balm before serving.
