Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 pears (Williams – Chist)
  • 125 g sugar
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • 1 lemon(s) – spiral
  • ¼ stalk(s) cinnamon
  • ¼ cup liqueur (pear liqueur)
  • ½ bottle of rosé wine
  • ½ bottle of sparkling wine

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the pears and core them. Cut the pears into cubes and infuse them with sugar, lemon juice, lemon twist, cinnamon stick, and pear liqueur. Let it steep for about 45 minutes. Then top up with sparkling wine and rosé wine and serve.
