Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 ½ kg strawberries, fresh
  • 100 g sugar
  • 4 cl orange liqueur
  • 1 bunch mint, fresh
  • 1 ½ liters dry white wine
  • 2 bottles of dry sparkling wine

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

with mint

Halve the strawberries, add the sugar, orange liqueur, and half of the mint and wine, and stir until the sugar dissolves. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Top up with the remaining chilled wine, sparkling wine, and mint before serving.
