Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 jars of sour cherries
  • ½ bottle of vodka
  • 2 bottles of sparkling wine
  • 1 liter ice cream (vanilla)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 15 minutes

In a punch bowl, let the cherries steep with juice and vodka for at least 12 hours. Top up with sparkling wine before serving. If you like, you can scoop the ice cream directly into the punch, or serve each glass of punch with a scoop of ice cream.
