Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 750 g flour (spelt flour)
  • 500 ml water
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 cube of yeast or 1 packet of dry yeast

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Mix all ingredients and let it rise in a warm place. The dough will be very tough. Shape and score rolls, brush with milk if desired, and garnish with seeds. Then bake for 10 minutes at 250°C, then for another 10 minutes at 200°C. The dough also works well in a bread maker (dough program).
