Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 250 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 pinch(s) of salt, if desired
- 5 m.-large banana(s), very ripe!
- 3 large eggs
- ⅛ liter of oil
- some margarine for the mold

Banana bread from Guatemala, from my mom
Mash the bananas (very ripe bananas taste more aromatic!) with a fork. Mix all ingredients thoroughly, preferably with a hand mixer. Pour the banana mixture into a greased springform pan or loaf pan. Bake at 175°C (convection oven) for 40-50 minutes. It tastes delicious as a snack and keeps well.
