Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 150 g corn semolina, alternatively polenta or corn flakes
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 cans corn, with liquid

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Mix everything with a mixer. Sprinkle the baking pan with breadcrumbs and pour in the mixture. Bake at 180°C for about 1 hour.
