Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 150 g corn semolina, alternatively polenta or corn flakes
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 3 eggs
- ½ tsp salt
- 100 g sugar
- 2 cans corn, with liquid
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Mix everything with a mixer. Sprinkle the baking pan with breadcrumbs and pour in the mixture. Bake at 180°C for about 1 hour.
