  • 2 tbsp margarine or butter
  • 1 cup(s) sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml milk, warm
  • 2 cup(s) Flour , (heaped)
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 4 banana(s), ripe
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Cinnamon, to taste

Banana Cuca

Streusel: Mix all ingredients until moist crumbles form. Cream together the butter/margarine, sugar, and eggs. Add the warm milk, flour, salt, and finally the baking powder. Spread the mixture into a greased springform pan, slightly raising the sides. Top the batter with the ripe bananas – either sliced ​​lengthwise or cut into rounds. Sprinkle the prepared crumbles over the top and bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180-200 degrees Celsius for 35-45 minutes until golden brown.
