Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of Viennese cake bases
  • 3 cups of cream
  • 1 pack of chocolate bars (Kinder bars) with 10 pieces
  • 3 packs of cream stiffener
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • Confectionery (Kinder Chocolate Bons)
  • Hazelnuts, chopped and roasted

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 2 hours

Heat 2 cups of cream with 6 Kinder Bars in a saucepan over medium heat until the Kinder Bars have dissolved in the cream. Let the Kinder Bar cream cool, then whip it with 2 packets of cream stiffener until stiff. Spread the whipped Kinder Bar cream on the two bottom cake layers and place them on top of each other. Whip 1 cup of cream, 2 packets of vanilla sugar, and 1 packet of cream stiffener until stiff, then spread and decorate the top cake layer. Chop 4 Kinder Bars and use them to decorate the cake. Place Kinder Chocolate Bons on the cream and sprinkle with chopped, roasted hazelnuts. Refrigerate the cake until ready to serve.
