Apple – Chocolate – Cinnamon – Muffins

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 180 g butter
  • 180 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 180 g flour
  • ¼ pack of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • n. B. Chocolate of your choice
  • 3 apples
  • Butter or margarine for the mold
  • Cake icing (chocolate icing)
  • powdered sugar
  • possibly paper cups

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

airy and light, makes 12 pieces

Melt the butter. Then beat it with the sugar until fluffy. (The better you beat it, the softer the batter will be.) Gradually add the eggs and beat well. Stir in the flour and baking powder, then add the vanilla sugar. Season the batter with cinnamon and beat well. Chop the chocolate into small pieces, peel and grate the apples, and fold everything into the batter. Fill a greased muffin tin or small paper baking cups and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25-35 minutes. After baking, dust with powdered sugar and decorate with the chocolate glaze if desired (I only swirled the chocolate over the muffins briefly for a nicer look; it wouldn’t completely cover them in chocolate; they’re sweet enough as they are!).
