Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 4 cups of sweet cream
- 3 bags of meringue(s)
- 1 kg raspberries, frozen
- Cocoa powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 15 minutes
Add the frozen raspberries to the bowl, then crumble the meringue and add it to the bowl. Whip the cream until stiff and add it to the raspberries and meringue in the bowl. Sprinkle the mixture with cocoa powder. It looks especially good if you cut patterns (stars, flowers, skulls, etc.) into the paper beforehand and then leave them out when sprinkling. Prepare about 4 hours before serving so it can set.
