Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 6 slices of puff pastry, sliced, preferably square (frozen)
- 1 onion(s)
- 3 slice(s) ham, raw or cooked
- Salt
- pepper
- 2 tbsp sour cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Remove the puff pastry from the freezer and let it thaw for ten minutes. In the meantime, peel and dice the onion and fry briefly in a non-stick pan. Then dice the ham and add it. Season with salt and pepper, and add the sour cream. Place a dollop of the mixture in the center of each puff pastry sheet. Then roll the sheets up. Place the parcels on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 20-25 minutes.
