Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 25 g butter
- 50 g sugar
- 50 g oat flakes
- 125 g whipped cream
- 250 g quark
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 jar sour cherries

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Heat the butter and sugar in a pan, add the oats, and toast in the hot oil. While toasting, toss the oats with a fork until golden brown. Set the oats aside. Whip the cream until stiff, fold in the quark, add the sugar and lemon juice, and mix. Drain the cherries, then transfer all but 4 tablespoons of the mixture into 4 small dessert bowls. Spoon half of the oats onto the cherries. Divide the quark cream among the 4 bowls and garnish with the remaining oats and cherries.
