Tomato and cucumber salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g tomatoes
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 2 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 shot of oil
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Wash the tomatoes, cucumber, and bell peppers and cut everything into bite-sized pieces. Wash the spring onions and slice them thinly. Combine the ingredients in a bowl and add salt to taste. Combine the oil, lemon juice, and sugar, pour over the salad, and stir in. Season with salt and lemon juice if desired. I recommend letting the salad sit for another hour to allow all the flavors to develop.
