Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 450 g potato(s), waxy
  • 120 g leek
  • 30 g spring onions
  • 180 g Leberkäse
  • 2 bell peppers, yellow and red
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 2 pinches of herbal salt
  • 1 pinch of ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tbsp clarified butter
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Boil the potatoes in lightly salted water for about 25 minutes until tender. Then let them cool and peel them. Wash, trim, and slice the leeks, spring onions, and bell peppers. Dice the Leberkäse (meatloaf). Slice the potatoes. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the potatoes. Fry the Leberkäse cubes, then add the vegetables. Add the clarified butter, season everything, and fry for about 25 minutes. Stir occasionally. Wash the parsley, shake it dry, chop it finely, and sprinkle it over the potato and Leberkäse pan to serve.
