Use leftovers – Cevapcici – Pizza
- Cevapcici – pizza dough
- 250 g Cevapcici, finished (leftovers)
- 1 Egg
- 15 g Spelled flakes
- 2 tbsp Tomato sauce (see below)
- 1 Mini salami (leftovers)
- 1 Organic mozzarella to taste
Tomato sauce
- 1 Shallot
- 1 Clove of garlic, smoked
- 1 Can Date tomatoes
- Sunflower oil to your taste
- Oregano, marjoram (dried) to taste
- Salt, gourmet pepper
Cevapcici – pizza dough
- For the pizza base, pluck the cevapcici into pieces and place in a bowl. Add egg, spelled flakes and smoked salt. Mix / mix everything together. Take a small 18 cm springform pan and pour in the mixed mixture, press down. Preheat the oven to 190 ° degrees top / bottom heat. Then add and bake for about 20 minutes.
Tomato sauce
- Now prepare the tomato sauce. Peel the shallot and the clove of garlic and place in the blitz, chop. Place a medium pan on the stove, heat sunflower oil in it. Add the chopped shallot & garlic. Mix and add the date tomatoes and their contents. Add the spices, stir and allow to reduce to thicken.
- After pre-baking the pizza dough, spread the finished tomato sauce on top. Cut the mini salami into slices and place on top. Pluck the organic mozzarella into pieces and spread them all around as well.
to bake
- Bake the whole thing again at the same temperature for about 10 minutes. Then take it out and cut it into pieces, like a cake or cake. Place on a flat plate and serve with a colorful fresh salad.
