Yogurt Dessert in Glass

Ingredients
 

  • 1000 g Greek yogurt
  • 500 g Low-Fat yoghurt
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 1 Pc. Lemon
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • Amaretto
  • 1 bag Amarettini
  • 500 g Strawberries or other fruit

Instructions
 

  • Mix the Greek and low-fat yogurt. Add the squeezed lemon juice and amaretto to taste.
  • Whip the cream and vanilla sugar until stiff and fold into the yogurt.
  • Quarter the strawberries. Set aside 12 whole strawberries for decoration.
  • Cover the bottom glass with the amarettinis and pour in a layer of yogurt. Then the strawberry pieces and another layer of yogurt. A strawberry and crushed amerettinis are used as a topping. Then chill for a while. Good Appetite!
