Yogurt Dessert in Glass

The perfect yogurt dessert in glass recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1000 g Greek yogurt
  • 500 g Low-Fat yoghurt
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 1 Pc. Lemon
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • Amaretto
  • 1 bag Amarettini
  • 500 g Strawberries or other fruit
  1. Mix the Greek and low-fat yogurt. Add the squeezed lemon juice and amaretto to taste.
  2. Whip the cream and vanilla sugar until stiff and fold into the yogurt.
  3. Quarter the strawberries. Set aside 12 whole strawberries for decoration.
  4. Cover the bottom glass with the amarettinis and pour in a layer of yogurt. Then the strawberry pieces and another layer of yogurt. A strawberry and crushed amerettinis are used as a topping. Then chill for a while. Good Appetite!
