Pasta – potato – ham – leftover dish

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g jacket potatoes
  • 500 g pasta, leftovers, whatever is on hand – also mixed
  • 200 g ham or sausage leftovers, bacon
  • 4 onions
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Dice the potatoes and cook the pasta. Roughly dice the onions and fry them in a pan with ham (or sausage or bacon). If you like, you can add the potatoes for crispiness. Drain the pasta. Mix everything together, season to taste, pour into a large casserole dish, and let it rest for a while.
