Cucumber salad with salted lemons

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 m.-sized cucumber(s)
  • 1 salted lemon(s)
  • 3 tbsp, heaped sour cream
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • n. B. Pfeffer

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cut the cucumber into sticks. Finely chop the lemon zest. Crush the garlic and mix with the sour cream and lemon zest. Fold in the cucumber and season with pepper. Let stand for at least 30 minutes.
