Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups whole cane sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 ½ cup(s) sunflower oil
- 1 ½ cup(s) rolled oats, flower-soft
- 4 eggs
- Cinnamon, ground
- 80 g almonds, chopped
- Almond(s), halved, for garnishing
- 2 cup(s) tart apples, chopped
- clove(s), ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Mix all ingredients in a bowl for about 15 minutes until a smooth dough forms. Add the grated apples at the very end. Pour into the prepared pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for about 60-70 minutes on the middle rack.
