Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g pork goulash
  • 1 can mushrooms, medium-sized, sliced
  • 1 large onion(s), diced
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 250 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the meat into small pieces and fry in hot oil. Add the onion and fry until translucent. Then add the mushrooms and simmer until the meat is cooked through. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the cup of cream and about 1/2 cup of water and let it reduce slightly. Season to taste. Serves with potatoes, rice, and pasta.
