Chicken breasts in cream sauce

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 12 chicken breast fillets
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • 3 cups of cream
  • 3 cups sour cream
  • 1 tsp curry
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp marjoram, dried
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Place the chicken breast fillets in a baking dish and sprinkle with celery salt. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over the chicken breasts. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 1 hour. Serve with rice and salad.
