Orange and wild garlic smoothie

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 orange(s), seedless
  • 1 bunch of wild garlic

Instructions

Peel and slice the oranges. Wash the wild garlic and shake it dry. Add everything to a blender and puree. The taste takes a little getting used to, but after a second sip, it’s not bad. It has a slightly bitter note. Since my mother was juicing the oranges, I used a bit more pulp and thought it was great. If you’d like it a little sweeter, a little honey wouldn’t hurt.
