Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g yogurt, Greek or Turkish
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • 2 tsp dill tips, dried
  • 3 tsp parsley, frozen
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, dill, parsley, and olive oil in a bowl. Add the lemon juice. Press the garlic and add it to the bowl. Mix everything well and season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Perfect for kebabs, sandwiches, or even fondue.
