Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 apple or pear
  • ½ banana(s)
  • 1 handful of spinach, fresh
  • 1 handful of celery greens (celery leaves), fresh
  • 1 handful of sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp virgin coconut oil
  • 200 ml almond milk (almond drink)
  • possibly mint leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for early morning detox

Gather the ingredients and, while you’re at it, place the coconut oil in warm water. Then core and peel the apple or pear. Wash the spinach and celery leaves and add them to the blender. Peel and add the sunflower seeds. Finally, add the virgin coconut oil and mix with the remaining ingredients in the blender. This amount is enough for two glasses and tastes great. If the banana is too strong for your taste, you can also use a quarter of a banana. You can also refine the smoothie with a few mint leaves. Please make sure the ingredients are fresh and not frozen.
