Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 turkey schnitzels
- 250 ml cream
- salt and pepper
- 4 slices of pineapple
- 4 slices of cheese (Gouda)
- 4 tsp cranberries
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Wash the turkey cutlets, pat dry, and place them in a shallow baking dish. Season with salt and pepper and pour over the cream. Place one slice of pineapple and one slice of Gouda cheese on each cutlet. Place in a cold oven and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of cranberries on each cutlet. Wild rice goes well with it.
