Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bunch of herbs for green sauce
  • 1 jar mayonnaise
  • 2 cups of sweet cream
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • 3 tsp mustard
  • Salt
  • pepper

Frankfordder Gri Sauce

First, of course, we go to the market and buy the fresh herbs. At home, they’re washed, dried, and, if necessary, sorted out a bit. Then things get grueling, because all the herbs are ground up in a meat grinder until they’re unrecognizable. Now the whole thing needs to be mixed with the sweet cream, mayonnaise, and whatever other ingredients I’ve written down for you guys. The half lemon shouldn’t just be thrown into the sauce, of course; it should be squeezed, and the juice just comes out! Any questions?
