Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 250 g flour
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) vanilla pulp
- 5 tbsp jam of your choice if required

Not just at Christmas time
Knead all ingredients into a smooth dough and let rest in the refrigerator for one hour. Form hazelnut-sized balls from the dough and place them well apart on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. For jam-filled cookies, make a small indentation in each ball and fill with a little jam. Don’t use too much, or it will run out during baking. If not filled with jam, simply flatten the balls slightly. They can be decorated with icing or chocolate coating after baking, if desired. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) (150°C fan/convection oven) for about 15 minutes.
