Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 small netted melon(s)
- some liqueur (Amarula Cream)
- some chili flakes
- some salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes
Place the melon in the refrigerator overnight. Halve the melon and remove the seeds. Add some Amarula, chili flakes, and salt to the hollow. Great on hot summer evenings.
