Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 300 g cranberries
- 225 g brown rock sugar
- 750 ml double grain beer
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest period approx. 45 days 12 hours 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 days 12 hours 20 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a large jar and place it on the windowsill. Let it steep for 8 weeks. Shake the jar once daily. After 8 weeks, strain the contents and bottle.
