Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 250 g flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 kg apples, peeled and cut into small slices
- 100 g raisins
- 200 g butter, liquid
- 200 g sugar
- 350 g flour
- 1 packet of Bourbon vanilla sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon powder
Instructions

Dough: Beat butter and sugar until fluffy, add eggs. Then stir in flour and baking powder. Spread evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Arrange the apples on the dough. Sprinkle with raisins. Streusel: Mix vanilla sugar, cinnamon, flour, and sugar. Pour on the melted butter and knead well with your hands. Crumble over the apples. Bake the cake at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for about 35 minutes, depending on your oven. Tip: If you like, use more cinnamon or rhubarb instead of the apples.
